There are so many companies and scams out there that it's hard to figure out which company will do the best job. I am grateful that I chose Unity Van Lines for my move from the East Coast to the West. The friendly and helpful office staff guided me on how to access my household goods to get an accurate quote. If you follow their guidelines, you cannot go wrong. My advice to anyone would be to let them know exactly what you're moving, how many boxes, what size, measure your dressers, tables, and anything you can to give them an idea of what you're shipping. They'll take care of the rest. Unity came out on the date expected, they went out of their way to deliver my household goods on the date I wanted (which was before the expected date of delivery) they contacted me to keep me informed along the way. When my furniture arrived, every item was in excellent condition; I had one broken piece which was a small drinking glass. I was so surprised and pleased because I had a lot of fragile items.

I would recommend this company to anyone who's trying to find the best company, for the best price. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and standing by your word. A special thanks to Michelle and all of the hard working men who cared for my furniture from loading to delivery.

Over the year my husband and I heard many horror stories about moving companies and the terrible aggravation that my friends have gone through with regards to their move.  I must admit that I was skeptical that Unity van lines could actually "deliver" on what was agreed.  However, as it turned out, our experience with Unity van lines when moving from NY to Florida turned out to be an overall pleasant experience! 

The Unity team was highly organized, punctual, accurate in their estimate, reliable and very helpful.  They demonstrated outmost respect for our belongings when packing the content of our home and at the same time respected the fact that we were on a tight budget and did not want to incur any additional expanses making this move.
